That you are here is indication there is something for you to create, be and do. With every new idea your life becomes a canvass to be filled. There is nothing to complete because life is always in motion, life is always evolving and you are always growing. Nothing you have done so far was the end only the first in the series of steps waiting for more to be added to form that which you will become. Worry not that all the education, jobs, activities, or creations do not seem to go together for they will all mesh together as the collective ingredients in what you will create, be and do in the future.

"Far From the Apple Tree" A new age novel by Michelle M. Craft

Replay of my exciting interview with Barry on "A Book and a Chat"

New Books Internet Radio with A Book and a Chat on BlogTalkRadio
SYNOPSIS:

The fear over the end of the world, 2012 having long ago come and gone, has subsided. The Age of Aquarius has arrived in astonishing ways the flower child of the 60's could never have imagined and the Seer Joely McKenzie-Ryan, well beyond a fathomable age, is living the age of enlightenment on her Greek Island estate.

Savina Broadhurst, Joely's eighteen-year-old great great great niece, whom she has yet to met, believes at first she has simply stumbled over the ancient memoirs of a sad but interesting, but long dead eccentric family member. Savina learns of her aunt as she pours over her journals, which span over nine decades, during a thirteen hour flight from Louisiana to Greece to meet her Aunt Joely. The prose of Joely reveal heart-wrenching exploits of abuse, neglect, drugs and the very early deaths of nearly all her immediate family members. Revealed within, is the tale of how one young sage finds her way out of poverty, mental illness and ignorant pandemic beliefs to find she is but one of many new age pioneers who are here to help guide the world, after the deconstruction, to enlightenment; into The Age of Aquarius.

By the time Savina has heard the tales culmination at the feet of her wise aunt, she questions everything she believes about life, love, religion, God, her family, the world and beliefs themselves. The story swells to a tense turning point when Savina's mother, Brenda, comes blazing in with the intention of saving her young daughter's soul from the aunt she is convinced to be a demented charmer only to be swept up and enveloped in beautiful, compelling and miraculous climax!

Dear Friend,

I’m so excited to tell you about an amazing (and f ree ) tele-course, entitled Breaking Limitations, that is being hosted by my friend and colleague, Eldon Taylor. Eldon is a NY Times best-selling author who is considered to be one of the world’s experts on pre-conscious processing. In fact, he is often referred to as The Mind Master!

Eldon has an amazing line up of guests on the schedule, including Marci Shimoff, Joan Borysenko, Bruce Lipton, Gary Renard, Lynne McTaggart and many more. You can see the full line-up of guests here:
http://www.progressiveawarenesspromotions.com/it/13i/index/A.php

Eldon is also the host of Provocative Enlightenment radio and has interviewed an array of fascinating personalities including George Noory, James Van Praagh, Giorgio Tsoukalos, Linda Evans, Lindsay Wagner, and Congressman Tim Ryan. His interviews are always very insightful, compelling and fascinating.

Love the way you get straight to the point and thoroughly
explore the topic at hand, refusing to put on
blinders and make nice!
R.K., Canada

Please note: this is not just another tele-seminar series, with a host of random interviews all strung together in some kind of intensive that leaves you feeling inspired but with very few real tools to put into practice. No—in Breaking Limitations, Eldon is focusing solely on the question of “How did I get here and how do I get where I want to be?” For most of us, the reality of where we are rarely ever lives up to the dreams we once had. Eldon will be asking all of his guests for their insights and unique perspectives on this question. So whether you are interested in business success, personal relationships, health and wellness or just being happier, this course will show you both the problems and the solutions! In fact, in every interview you will receive specific tips to put into practice right away—tips that will put you firmly back into the driver’s seat of your life.

Register for the f ree tele-course here:

Eldon’s integrity, wit, openness and honesty
have made him a favorite in my book.
K.G., Virginia.

Breaking Limitations begins on September 23rd and will air on Mondays and Thursdays from 11am to 1pm pst (2 to 4pm est) and, as I said, this tele-course is totally f ree of charge. You can listen online and can even hear the replays for a limited time. To find out more and to register for the Breaking Limitations tele-course, please click here:

Top 5 Signs Your Feelings Are Making You Fat

Top 5 Signs Your Feelings Are Making You Fat

  1. You feel disconnected and disoriented by strong emotions during family encounters, and you turn to food to calm down.
  2. During stressful times, you can gain weight without eating extra food.
  3. In your experience, fear and excess food go together.
  4. When you feel emotionally unsafe, food is temporarily calming and makes you feel grounded and secure, if only for a few seconds.
  5. You feel powerless when you’re in an emotional eating phase and powerful when you think you’ve got it handled.
Can you relate to these statements? If you agree with even three out of the five signs above, your feelings are making you fat. What I mean is your empathy is probably interfering with your ability to lose weight and keep it off.
You might be thinking, Great, now what? Do I just stop caring? Sort of, but it’s not that harsh. You don’t need to become an Ice Princess to maintain a healthy weight.
The first and most important thing you can do for yourself is begin to manage your porous boundaries. You see, you are taking in stimulation and agitation from outside of you and absorbing the emotions of others until you’re on empathy overload—and as a result, you are gaining weight.
I know from whence I speak. Food sealed my porous boundaries where other people’s energy invaded me, and it allowed me to feel present in myself. I needed that quiet and calm, but I had to find a better way to achieve it. This revelation ended an exhausting war with food which was an incredible feat, given how much I have struggled with all of this over the years. It all began with understanding why I was feeling too much and why fear and frustration were making me fat.
If you know you need support with setting healthy boundaries, order my book and you will receive a free online home study class with a support forum called Jump Start that will give you wonderful guided meditations to help reduce stress and manage your emotions as well as a community forum that includes trained coaches and past participants to help you! (You might even drop a few pounds too!)
