That you are here is indication there is something for you to create, be and do. With every new idea your life becomes a canvass to be filled. There is nothing to complete because life is always in motion, life is always evolving and you are always growing. Nothing you have done so far was the end only the first in the series of steps waiting for more to be added to form that which you will become. Worry not that all the education, jobs, activities, or creations do not seem to go together for they will all mesh together as the collective ingredients in what you will create, be and do in the future.

Where in the World is Michelle

Hello to all, from my Skycastle in Germany, I know you have all been wondering what happened to me, where I've been. You might even have thought that I have just quit the Biz altogether. I have not. It's just revving up and getting started.

I am preparing this week to fly to London for, "The Mover's and Shaker's a Hayhouse Event" Where I will be learning many many things about how to do this business of Motivational Speaker and Teacher of Law of Attraction. I also will have the opportunity to win a position of some sort with Hayhouseradio, which I am very excited. I am going to win a book publishing contract or a spot on Hayhouseradio!

My husband is working in Paris at the moment giving my a great deal of time to prepare for my trip. I miss him but it's good, because I don't get as much done when he's around, wink wink.

Life is good and I predict an amazing article when I return from London! If Nothing else I will return with an exciting article about my time in London!

Changing Beliefs Part 2 of 2

We are convinced continually after the initial programming as children, to believe in our limitedness or inability to change anything about our reality or beliefs. We are inundated with subconscious messages that reality is a fixed state, when it is not. I do not really desire to go into all of the reason why the media, government or any other institute would desire to control you. The reasons certainly vary from just trying to get you to buy a particular product to keeping control over the people. It serves you not to care too much about why. For what you focus on grows. It shall serve you better to focus on what you desire and disallow the inundation of what you do not desire. All I can say is, “Turn off the freaking television and change your homepage, search engine to one that does not contain headlines as soon as you open it. Every time you see or hear something, either consciously or subconscious, that supports the original programming/belief from childhood, it makes it that much harder to change the belief, supports and strengthens the original negative belief. And the trouble with attempting to pick and chose what you view according to its content is that not all of its content is apparent; it's subliminal.

So again, I am going to use the tools, the vernacular language of the subconscious, the word, YOU to our benefit.

In my uvisualeyes manifesting videos, I us subliminal messages within. Something that I noticed after I had been producing videos for a while was that many people were initially pleased and effected positively by the videos. After all their face was digitally placed on the body they desired, doing and being who they wanted, in their video. The music spoke to their soul the affirmations boosted their self-esteem and they began to see in their minds themselves having doing and being everything they desire.

If they heard the music, from their video, they visualized the way they looked in the video and felt the powerful effect of visualizing. These videos, as they were, were no doubt effective. But I knew something else was giving people trouble. Something was missing from the video or something needed to be altered because there was still some block keeping them from manifesting their desires.

I soon discovered that it was the fact that their core sublime programming was stopping them. The belief that they could not change beliefs and that the videos were speaking to the conscious mind and spirit but not to the subconscious mind.

And finally there is the factor that as long as a powerful personal desire equals, in your subconscious, something negative you may never manifest the desire.

Example if in your subconscious you equate wealth with unhappiness you may never manifest wealth. Because to manifest anything you mus raise your vibration around said desire to attract the desire. So essentially you must vibrate higher as money does. But what if you have been conditioned like Pavlov's dog, to become unhappy every times you thought of money of wealth or abundance. Most of us are. It's another one of those insidious conditioning’s. Well, they the adults in our lives, didn't know that they were conditioning us with their conditioned beliefs. It could have been as simple as seeing your mother's face drop into sadness, which tore your heart apart, over any mention of money whatsoever; because she never had any. But as a child all you knew was that anytime money was mentioned mom got sad. And you then got sad. You then are conditioned to respond with sadness at the mention of money.

So how can anyone raise their vibration around money or wealth when every time they think of it sadness is felt; which has a much lower vibration that abundance. You have to start equating wealth with joy.

In a uvisualeyes manifesting video I incorporate subliminal messages that allow you speak to your subconscious, use it's vernacular language the word YOU, to talk to your mind, to re-frame first your belief that beliefs are highly difficult to change. This method where I will incorporate affirmations such as, YOU are..... begins the process of talking to your mind, basically tricking your mind into thinking that it is your subconscious mind talking to you and at the same time confusing subconscious into silence while you are viewing your video. Along with incorporating messages to change your belief in changing belief, I incorporate messages that retrain your mind into believing that you are the authority, the one that tells you who you are, not anyone else (like parents).

And then comes, the topic of your video. What do you want to change to equal. Meaning just pick a subject in which you have negative feelings about. i.e. money equals sadness. The video will incorporate various photos of money, you holding money smiling, money flying, floating, growing from a tree, busting out of your dresser drawers, closets, etc. Your smiling face super imposed behind money; meanwhile subliminal messages are flashing that affirm a positive connection with money. Like, “Every time I think of money I feel joy, free, relaxed, peaceful, happy etc. What you are doing is eventually making money = joy instead of money = unhappiness. Thus changing your vibration around money.

You must first realize that you are the authority who decides who you are. After that you must understand that there is brainwashing going on all the time around you that you must avoid this. And it is only your belief that its impossible to change beliefs, that make it so, and lastly you can change how you vibrate about anything. All of this is easy to do, if you understand how it all works, why everything else hasn't worked and keep an open mind.

Changing Beliefs part 1 of 2

The subconscious mind was trained by you, but not by the you in the way that you might think. You're subconscious was trained by the use of the word “you” by those who told you who “you” were.

Our bodies' house three entities, the mind the subconscious mind and your Source energy or spirit if you will. There are three of you. And if you doubt this think about those moments that you have argued with you. Your mind might think something like, “I'm beautiful” Your body might feel good for a fleeting moment which is your spirit agreeing with your thought. But then immediately right behind that something in you rebuttals with something like, “You are ugly” which is your subconscious spouting off its embedded negative vernacular language form childhood;' it has been referred to as our subconscious beliefs.

We are dealing with three people, which at first might feel a little overwhelming. After all isn't just your mind enough to deal with sometimes. Well you don't have to concern yourself with spirit. Spirit will always be on your side. Your spirit is a barometer that lets you know whether what is in mind and subconscious mind is true or in agreement with who you really are; Source. Your body will feel good when what you are thinking is true to who you really are and will feel bad when you are not.

So you might think then that you must attend only to the thoughts of your mind. Billions of dollars and hours have been spent trying to change our belief about ourselves. We read books, us affirmations, vision boards, chants and videos. We go to seminars, and workshops, psychologists and support groups. We might have some progress, however, not enough progress to affirm that we indeed are solidly changing our beliefs. Why, after we have tried so many things to change our beliefs, does it seem like we are hitting a brick wall every time.

You feel like there is something holding you back, pushing against all your determination to change. Something stands within you like a mountain to high and long to get around. It's an invisible mountain that blocks you from any significant cellular shift in belief.

You can feel the hold, you know it's there; yet you cannot identify the block. Yo affirm over and over the new desired belief so why is it not working? It's not working because you are addressing the wrong entity within you, the mind. The mind is just a processor of information. But a processor must get its data from something or someone else. That someone else is your subconscious mind. The trouble with this is that the data bank, your subconscious mind, was programmed by others as you grew up, who had corrupted data banks of their own. And the way they transferred the corrupted information was by us the word “YOU” when you were exploring who YOU were. “You are stupid/smart, you are ugly/pretty, you are fat/thin, you are....or you will never be successful if you don't..... you are not capable or it's very hard for you to....and so on”

We first become convinced that we need others to tell us who we are and that the “who” that they told us we were, was truth. And in the absence of those who use to tell you who you are instead is the subconscious, which had recorded and stored those negative affirmations about who you are and what you can actually do.

So when your mind makes a statement that is in opposition to the subconscious belief about who you are it argues with you, with your mind. This is the block. Like a linebacker, the subconscious charges at the opposing team and block's the infiltration. Thoughts in you mind, or who you really are, what spirit knows to be truth is viewed, if in opposition, by subconscious as an infiltration into enemy camp.

And at this moment one of those beliefs, the main beliefs that puts a halt to changing all other beliefs, that is stored in your subconscious is saying, “Then there is nothing I can do, this seems rather permanent”

Had the adults in our lives just have shut up and let us explore ourselves we would come up with our own beautiful and divine definition of self; without doubt, a far better view of self and certainly a much or unlimited idea of the possibilities in life. It's an insidious indoctrination but it need not be permanent. The belief that anything is permanent, within us, is the first untrue indoctrinated belief stored in our subconscious and the close second is the beliefs that beliefs are extremely difficult to change.

And it is here that we must begin to penetrate before we can even have any effect on any other belief we want to change. Because if you believe that no one ever changes and that changing beliefs are very difficult, how then can you change your negative beliefs about anything.

You are already starting out with this core belief that you have a huge job ahead of you that is believed to be essentially, futile. When you were very young you had first been told over and over, until you were convinced, that the person/adult that was feeding you this information was the authority. So this is the first brainwashing, if you will, that occurred. You believed everything that was coming out of the adults mouth. Well in believing that this adult has the truth or is the authority, you must believe whatever comes from them thereafter. What comes thereafter is the “you” statements that brainwashed you into believing who and what you were along with what was possible to accomplish. So first you became convinced that THEY were the authority, then you became convinced that what they told you about who you were was true, because after all, if they are without doubt the authority then what they say must be true. Along with telling you who you are they told you without doubt what was possible in this life. And one of these beliefs is that; beliefs are permanent or at best extremely difficult to change, you can't teach an old dog new tricks, or no one ever changes really.

You are already set up to fail at any attempt to change a belief. Because if your subconscious solidly believes that you cannot change your beliefs, then working on any other belief, in an attempt to change is next to impossible. And our society keeps you stuck in the perpetual cycle of; here is what you should be do and have, but comes in, subliminally, right behind it and tells us it's impossible to become and have. You insert and idea, a belief you prefer to be part of your life and work really hard; you write affirmations, you recite them, you post them around your home, you make positive declarative statements to your friends and family and you might even watch affirmation videos. However, if you do not believe that it is possible to change a belief, then you might as well save yourself the trouble of trying to instill the new belief. It's futile. So we must change that belief, the one that says you cannot change a belief, first.

To begin changing the beliefs that are in your subconscious you must sneak in the back door of the camp a sort of Operations Mission. You sneak up on your subconscious. Using the word 'you' instead of 'I'. You are beautiful, you are smart and successful. Basically you are using the subconscious against itself, like stealing the enemy's secrets or weapons and using them against them.

Try this affirmation, say, “I am beautiful/attractive” then wait. Subconscious will often come in and rebuttal with an opposite/negative belief. Now say, “You are beautiful. Subconscious rebuttals, but not quickly, because you have confused subconscious. It wonders what is going on because saying YOU is its job. Now say this over and over, “I am beautiful, you are beautiful, I am beautiful, you are beautiful” Do this for a minute. Notice that subconscious does not interfere; it can't because your mind is playing both your mind and subconscious mind. Subconscious has been thwarted, it doesn't know what to do, and it has no job. It has temporarily lost its “YOU” job and is idle.

Subliminal messages work the same way. They should begin with the word YOU rather than I. So the mind is essentially taking the 'you' statement as direction from the subconscious, because it is using the language of the subconscious.

It's important to realize that part of the trouble we have in changing our beliefs is that we believe that it is difficult to change a belief.

So we start there. Its time to realize that it is only your belief, that it is difficult to change a belief, which makes it difficult to change any belief. It is rather simple but may seem confusing. Simply put, its easy to change a belief as long as you believe that it is easy. Once you believe this it will become very easy to make any changes about any beliefs.

Getting Down to Focusing

Good Day to all from my Skycastle in Germany where the weather is absolutely georgous and I need an assistant. I am busy, busy busy and It's better than being board.

I have been thinking about this aspect of being focused to achieve balance and it's all coming together. Like I said on the last article to maintain balance in Yoga poses you must keep your focus on a point, if you let your mind wander you will loose your balance. It is the same for the Gymist or Ballet dancer who needs to Spot or they loose their balance and become dizzy. The runner focuses on a point to acheive a steady focused rhythm, the tennis player focuses on a point (the ball) to hit it. The Photographer needs to focus the lens, lest she take a photo that is out of focus. And focusing on your central message when writing.

Which brings me to my central message; staying focused on one thing at a time brings balance thus making visualizing much easier.
The following are six steps to the process of focusing for you to practice. We must learn to focus, to gain balance, thus to visualize with greater focus and clarity.


Clearing a Space

What I will ask you to do will be silent, just to yourself. Take a moment just to relax . . . All right – now, inside you, I would like you to pay attention inwardly, in your body, perhaps in your stomach or chest. Now see what comes there when you ask, "What do I want? What is the main thing for me right now?" Sense within your body. Let the answers come slowly from this sensing. When some concern comes, DO NOT GO INSIDE IT. Stand back, say "Yes, that’s there. I can feel that, there." Let there be a little space between you and that. Then ask what else you feel. Wait again, and sense. Usually there are several things.

Felt Sense

From among what came, select one personal desire to focus on. DO NOT GO INSIDE IT. Stand back from it. Of course, there are many parts to that one thing you are thinking about – too many to think of each one alone. But you can feel all of these things together. Pay attention there where you usually feel things, and in there you can get a sense of what all of the desire feels like. Let yourself feel the unclear sense of all of that.

Handle

What is the quality of this unclear felt sense? Let a word, a phrase, or an image come up from the felt sense itself. It might be a quality-word, like light, joyous, scary, exciting, magical, fulfilling or a phrase, or an image. Stay with the quality of the felt sense till something fits it just right.

Resonating

Go back and forth between the felt sense and the word (phrase, or image). Check how they resonate with each other. See if there is a little bodily signal that lets you know there is a fit. To do it, you have to have the felt sense there again, as well as the word. Let the felt sense change, if it does, and also the word or picture, until they feel just right in capturing the quality of the felt sense.

Asking

Now ask: what is it, about this whole desire, that makes it something you want. Make sure the quality is sensed again, freshly, vividly (not just remembered from before). When it is here again, tap it, touch it, be with it, asking, "What makes the whole desire so ______?" Or you ask, "What is in this sense?"

If you get a quick answer without a shift in the felt sense, just let that kind of answer go by. Return your attention to your body and freshly find the felt sense again. Then ask it again.

Be with the felt sense till something comes along with a shift, a slight "give" or release.

Receiving

Receive whatever comes with a shift in a friendly way. Stay with it a while, even if it is only a slight release. Whatever comes, this is only one shift; there will be others. You will probably continue after a little while, but stay here for a few moments.


Practice these steps to help you get in touch with the desire with the most priority; to discover what is most important to you, right now, to focus on. Then begin visualizing it.

Visualization and Focus

Good Day from my Skycastle in Germany. I hope that all of you are doing well and visualizing your desires. I got out of alignment a few weeks back and it took some refocusing to bring myself back into alignment. Somehow we have this tendency to revert to old ways, thinking they are easier. However, its not so much that old ways are easier it's that it's easier to fall back to old ways. Adjusting or changing our way of thinking/believing takes some time to become instilled within us or become our habit. When new and better ways of thinking finally become our habit then old habits are not turned to; as in the past. My trip to the States knocked me out of the routine that I had been practicing, therefore my body responded with becoming ill. Our bodies tell us whats going on with our thoughts. I am well and back into my routine of meditating, doing yoga and taking care of my body. More importantly I am taking care of my thoughts.

One of the things that has occurred over the last month or two is that I got into the habit of chasing several rabbits. An ancient proverb says; If you chase two rabbits you catch none. Meaning if you are trying to focus on to many things at once you get so split that you get out of alignment and you do not manifest anything specific. You are telling the Universe you want this, that, this and that. You put something out there, snatch it back and then put another thing out there and again snatch it back. Focus is an important factor. When I was doing Yoga this morning I was reminded that Yoga tells you that you must focus on a point, in front of you, to remain balanced. It says that if your mind or focus is wandering you become out of balance. To hold a Yoga pose you must focus on a point in order to balance. As soon as your focus leaves the point you fall out of balance.

I realized that my original focus or intention was to teach and practice visualization. To guide other's in learning Visualization to manifest a desired experience. I had gotten off into many other areas of Law of Attraction and was focusing on too many things. Not that what I have done so far, in my work, was pointless or worthless. It has served well. However, the rabbit I desire to chase is Visualization.

Something that came to me on the treadmill this morning was that fear is within us because we believe something or someone else is in control of what happens to us. Therefore we fear the possibility of that something or someone will harm our sense of well-being in some way. When we realize that we are the master of our Universe then we will no longer feel fear. Knowing that you are the one that manifests your experience can be soothing because you know you are the one in control. You are the one making the decisions. With your thoughts/focus you manifest your experience.
In my focusing on so many things I began to feel fearful. There was so much going on and I lost sight that I was in control, I manifest what I desire and all of these projects are attended to by choice. I have decided to come back to my original focus of specializing in visualization.


So, for the most part, I am going to be talking about visualizing what we desire. Seeing in our mind, or third eye, what we desire as our life experience.

To bring a vibrant image into your mind you must think about all the aspects of the experience you desire and bring them together.
Collect the ingredients that make up the experience you desire; such as the colors, the smells, the sounds, the textures, and the feelings. How does your body feel in the condition you desire? How does your heart feel in the relationship you desire? How does your nervous system feel in the abundant condition you desire.

When you read a book and get completely drawn into the story and you feel the character and the surroundings you are visualizing. When you are sure you can smell the meal the character, in a story, lays down on the table you are visualizing. When you feel yourself relating the character so deeply that you almost believe it is you that is having the character's experience. And when someone, in the real world, speaks to you while you are so involved in a story you are reading and you don't hear them it's because you are completely involved in the visualization of the moment the author is describing. This is visualization!

So when you are designing your visualization you are writing the story of the experience you wish to have.
Write your story, with every single detail that you can think of, as if it were already your experience.

I.E. As Michelle stood in the front yard taking in the red, gold and bronze fall leaves on the tree, she turned towards the house in response to the delicious smell of the catfish frying in the kitchen and the wind blew her hair into her face tickling her nose and she sneezed.

In this description, Michelle, at this very moment saw the colors of the fall leaves, smelled the catfish in the air, felt the wind on her skin and the hair on her nose and had a response; the sneeze.

This is how you write your story for your visualization. Write it as present tense, include all the senses and describe responses until you can feel yourself having the experience. It's call Make Believe.

Get your head in the clouds and dream. Dream of all the joyous experiences you wish to have and allow yourself to soar into the dreaminess of the clouds

Spend time every day dreaming. At least 20 minutes a day and then write down what you dreamed about.

The Prime Directive of the Universe and Limiting Thoughts

Good day to all from my Skycastle in Germany where I have just recovered from a wicked cold. I am feeling fantastic today and have missed writing articles. If you missed the Uvisualeyes Radio Show, with my guest host Michael Losier you can hear it on my blog, just click the Blogtalkradio Icon.

It is said that we are our own worst enemy! Why? Because we have so many limiting beliefs or thoughts. After
interviewing Michael Losier on my Uvisualeyes Radio Show I began to think more about how our limiting beliefs
are one of the major issues in our attempt to manifest the life experience we desire. I have manifested amazing
things in my life. As I look back at both the manifested and un-manifested things I noticed that those things I manifested all had something in common. That something was; I had visualized, emotionalized and asked (sometimes made a list) and then, without thinking about it, went about my daily routine. I did not revisit the request, except to think now and again of the joy of having said thing. In turn I did not entertain the limiting beliefs or thoughts.

I believe strongly in visualization. I know that it works, is enhanced by visualizing videos and it its much more effective than affirmations because your belief is raised by seeing yourself having, doing and being what you desire. Affirmations can work, however, not in the common way they have been written. It is highly important, because of our limiting thoughts/beliefs, to write or use affirmations that, at this moment, are believable. The problem with affirmation, for a long time now, is that they too often state what we want to believe but are usually so far away from what we actually believe that we discount them quickly, most of the time without realizing that we have.

So often we get frustrated with how our desires are so slow in coming, or that they just are showing up at all, that we question Law of Attraction. We have done all they things the great teachers have suggested, we have visualized, raised our vibration, focused, affirmed and requested; over and over again. Then we stand back and wonder why we are not seeing results; thus bringing on an onslaught of limiting thoughts.

The limiting beliefs or thoughts that we entertain, after making our request to the Universe, cancels our order. We present our desires, then list in our minds why they won't show up, couldn't show up, have never showed up before and convince ourselves and more poignantly convince the Universe of it's impossibility.

The Universe has only one Prime Directive and that is; to match your vibration. It knows nothing, does not think or distinguish who or what is feasible, deserved, right or wrong nor does it care. It's only job is to match your vibration and this is it's Prime Directive. Our vibration is created by our thoughts. Every thought has a vibration and you can tell whether the thought comes from a place of love or fear by how you feel when you think a particular thought. If it comes from a place of love; it feels good and is of a higher vibration. If it comes from a place of fear; it feels bad and is of lower vibration. Your vibration is affected by your limiting thoughts or beliefs.

Limiting thoughts come from a place of fear and is a lower vibration in which the Universe matches and brings you more things of lower vibration. The good news is that this is also true of unlimited thoughts or beliefs.

The Universe is the limit. When you allow yourself to expand out into the Universe, entertain just how unlimited the Universe is and merge with that energy you will realize that there is nothing that is impossible.

When you realize that you deserve everything you want then your limiting thoughts will dissipate.

When you are able to allow what you desire to come to you, then it will. Our limiting thoughts or beliefs are what cancels our order, it is what stops the allowing.

The simplest way to dissolve limiting thoughts, as is stated in the book, Law of Attraction, is to start entertaining in your mind all the people who have attracted what you desire. This takes it away from being so personal and begins to change your limiting beliefs. Start making other affirmative statements.

Make statements like;
Yesterday someone became a millionaire, found their perfect mate, started a successful business, got their perfect job, healed from a debilitating illness, lost the weight they desired, bought their dream home, etc.

Every day someone; becomes wealthier, finds love, heals, etc.

Do some research on the statistics of what you desire. Find the people who have attracted what you desire.
Write down all the things and desires that you have attracted and put behind each one of them; Someone, me, attracted (fill in the blank) and it happens all the time.

People receive what the desire, every minute of every day all over the world. You can allow you, to be one of them.

Maintaining High Vibration

Good day to all from my Skycastle in Germany. I am happy to be back from my trip to the U.S. where I enjoyed my time with my children and my grandchildren. What a delight it was to see my son's joyous tears over the birth of his first child.
I was pleased during my visit that, unlike in the past, I was able to maintain a high vibration while being in the presence, of some peoples lower vibration.

This has been my struggle in the past. I have always, in the past, offered my energy to others, who were vibrating at a low level, bringing them up to a higher vibration. My husband calls me their cheerleader. It is draining and I was in conflict because I felt that if I didn't offer them a boost up that I would be unable to be in the presence of many of my family members. The problem with this is that they would begin to vibrate at a higher level and my vibration, from pure exhaustion, would lower.

I struggled with feeling anxiety and dread, every time, just before I left to visit family members who I knew were vibrating at a lower level. I didn't really want to make the long trip to visit them because it was so much work and not a lot of fun for me.

However, after practicing keeping my vibration at a high level, for so long now and realizing, finally, that it is not my job to make other's happy nor was I able to make them happy; at least for any great length of time I was able to maintain a high vibration. I noticed while I was in the presence of people vibrating at a low level, that I no longer felt compelled to fix them in anyway. I noticed that it no longer mattered to me where they were vibrating and I knew that it was up to them to raise their own vibration. I also knew, now, that they have the right to manifest what ever they choose, and it's none of my concern. I also noticed that because I was vibrating at a high level that only those who were also vibrating at a high level were drawn to me; Law of Attraction in Action.

Focusing on raising your vibration level is of the utmost importance. Spending as much time as possible focusing only on what you want is the key. The more you focus on what you want and the longer you spend time doing this the stronger your ability to do so becomes.

It took me a year, being away from the States, American T.V. and low vibration people, to come to this point where I am able to maintain a high vibration no matter what. I spent much time re-focusing my thoughts, constantly, before I came to a point that it mattered not what was going on around me or who was around me.

In the past, specifically around my family, I allowed myself to be sucked into their low vibration. I used to be sure that it was their fault that I was unhappy. It had seemed like that every time I just got up and running, well ,on some project, life direction or goal, that one of them would turn up ill, in crisis or need and these events would seize my intended direction; and I was resentful. I accused them, privately, of being focused on ruining my life. I was sure that they were aware of my intentions, or that I was happy, and they were out to destroy my happiness. After all, I had proof, because they would turn up in crisis every time I was on a roll. It was easy to site this. I had the real stories to prove it and no one, except my husband, refuted my sitings. My husband continually said, "Why do you let them effect you like this?" I would just repeat my findings. Being the strong personality that I am, he would just comfort me the best way he knew.

However, after studying the Law of Attraction for several years I finally realized that what was occurring outside of me was due to what was occurring inside me. It was a matter of two things; one, keeping my vibration high no matter what and two, I had to stop focusing on my families behavior. In focusing on my families behavior, what i was sure they were going to do, they certainly did. I expected the same old behavior and received the same behavior. I had to realize that my thoughts were the problem not them. How I felt about their behavior, what I expected they would do and blaming them was the problem.

How you think, feel and see a situation or people creates or manifests your reality. I had to change how I thought, thus changing how I felt and saw the situation or people. I decided to focus on what I wanted and did. I focused on how much I appreciated my life, with my husband, in Europe. I focused on my newly founded work. I focused on my writing, art and designing. I focused on what I wanted in my life.

Eventually, without the other people changing their behavior, I was no longer effected by anything anyone else did or didn't do. It's not a matter of changing anyone else's behavior, it's a matter of changing how I think. No ones life or behavior ever need seep into my experience. It is their experience. I focus on my experience and what I want as my experience.

It seems like more of a struggle, to focus on your own life, when it comes to family. I had to let go of my guilt, of feeling like it was my responsibility to make my family happy. For a long time I received slack from distant relatives for having abandon my family, in need, and caring more about myself. However, in caring more about myself I changed how I thought and felt, raised my vibration and teach by example.

If everyone focused on their own lives, raising their vibration, and became happy then no one would ever be in crisis. No one would need anyone else to make them feel good. I have discarded my guilt because I discarded the idea that I was responsible for anyone else's happiness. No one else is responsible for your life experience. No one else is responsible for making you feel good, happy or feel love for yourself.

Someones behavior or what they think about you need affect how you feel about yourself or your life.

I feel such joy now that I know that all I have to do is focus on what I want. I feel joy because I keep my focus on joy and thus my vibration is of joy. I am able to inspire others to do the same by being able to maintain my high vibration and receive all that I desire.

I am so pleased that, on my trip to see my family, that I was able to maintain my high vibration. It has shown my my great progress and I appreciate this experience. What is occurring inside of you creates what is occurring outside of you.

I know now that no matter what is occurring in my world that I can remain in a high vibration, remain happy and I alway's have the power to manifest the life experience I prefer.

Maintaining a High Vibration

Good day to all from my Skycastle in Germany. I am happy to be back from my trip to the U.S. where I enjoyed my time with my children and my grandchildren. What a delight it was to see my son's joyous tears over the birth of his first child.
I was pleased during my visit that, unlike in the past, I was able to maintain a high vibration while being in the presence, of some peoples lower vibration.

This has been my struggle in the past. I have always, in the past, offered my energy to others, who were vibrating at a low level, bringing them up to a higher vibration. My husband calls me their cheerleader. It is draining and I was in conflict because I felt that if I didn't offer them a boost up that I would be unable to be in the presence of many of my family members. The problem with this is that they would begin to vibrate at a higher level and my vibration, from pure exhaustion, would lower.

Good Day to all, from my Skycastle in Germany. A good friend emailed this list of ten ways to raise your good feeling vibration, oddly I found that I had written a blog very similar to this, but it never hurts to review.

10 Steps To Raising Your Vibration

Raising your vibration is the only effective way to get to the life you
truly want to live. While you are emitting a low vibration or frequency your
life will never really be in harmony and you will constantly live with an
inner feeling of discontent. It is this life of discontent that you put up
with and accept that keeps you in a state of low vibration. When you find
the courage to do something about your low quality of life and choose to make
things better you are on the right track to raising your vibration.
Raising your vibration comes down to many factors and listed below are 10 key
steps that will definitely help towards raising your vibration immediately.
1. Be mindful of your thoughts, when raising your vibration. It is
imperative to keep a close eye on the habitual thoughts that enter your head. It
can be difficult at first to be aware of the many thoughts that constantly
bombard your mind all day long but by beginning to notice unwelcome or
negative thoughts you can start to replace them with a positive thought you
already have preprogrammed in your mind, this works wonders towards raising
your vibration.. When I say preprogrammed I mean you have a positive thought
in your mind, a thought that you know makes you happy, that you substitute
in place of any negative thought that comes into your mind. The key to this
thought substitution is to spend as much time thinking positive thoughts
and less time thinking negative thoughts. By spending more mental time in the
positive, this will help raise your vibration.

2. Only talk about what you want, not what you do not want when looking to
raise your vibration. If you are looking for a new relationship, don¢t say
things like, I can never find the right person for me. If you talk like
this, this is exactly what you will get and you will make your quest towards
raising your vibration that much harder. You get what you say and think.
Even if you haven¢t been too successful in finding the right person
previously, it does not matter. Change your words and you will change your life and what you get in your life. Instead say something like, I intend to find the
perfect person for me. Have a confident expectancy that at any time you
could meet this person and you will exponentially increase your chances of
finding them. The same thing goes for money, do not talk about not having
enough money, either do not talk about it at all or only talk positively about
having money and as what you want comes to you, this will help with
raising your vibration as you feel better about yourself.

3. Stay away from negative or pessimistic people. These types of people
are running a very low vibration and their low vibration can have a negative
impact on your vibration level. Instead of raising your vibration you will
lower it and this will bring about more events residing on a low vibration,
like problems, stress and worry.

4. Spend some time not thinking. Yes that is right, _stop thinking_

noise. Go to a place in the country if you can and take a long walk,
concentrating on your surroundings, keeping your mind off your usual thoughts. This is a great way to clear your head and also help in raising your vibration. If
you cannot get away, try listening to some soothing music and avoid
thinking by concentrating on the sounds.

5. Join groups of like minded people. Spend time with people interested in
the same things you like and learn at the same time. Before I started
writing for my website I took a 3 months community college course in Writing.
Not only did I improve my writing I also got to spend time with other people
who shared a similar interest with me. I always walked away from each
class feeling positive about being a writer and this had a positive effect on
my vibration as it made me feel good about myself.. Being around like minded
and positive people seriously helps towards raising your vibration and the
vibration of those around you.

6. Give away something you can afford each week. Give away your time, some
money to a charity you believe in or give away something you don¢t use
anymore but may be useful to someone else. What you give is what you get in
life, so by giving you will receive in one way or another. Help others and
you will be helped. You have a profound effect on raising your vibration when
you help others as it makes you feel good from the inside.
7. Be aware of your actions. Everything you do comes back to you in some
way so always be wary of how you treat others and how you act in all
situations. How you treat others is how you will be treated, by doing the right
thing by everyone you come into contact with will help towards raising your
vibration as others continue to do the right thing by you.. Treating
everyone well will have a positive effect on _attracting people_

8. Avoid the television, radio and media in general. It is especially
important to avoid all news programs as they do much more harm to your
vibration level than they do good. By watching TV you end up taking in so much
negative energy it becomes confusing to your subconscious mind and some of that negative imagery and energy gets absorbed by your subconscious and
elevates a feeling of fear from within. Most of the media works by fear mongering, they want to shock you into a state of fear so you keep on watching and
the more you watch the more addicted you become. This has a disastrous impact on your vibration level and will never have a positive effect on raising
your vibration.

9. Stay optimistic at all times if your goal is to raise your vibration.
This can be difficult to do especially when you are in a crisis but when
you are in a crisis situation, this is when it is most important to stay
positive. By remaining positive you keep your vibration high and when you are
vibrating at a higher rate your problems will dissipate so much quicker or
you may find it was not really a problem at all. Positive things and events
are attracted to positive people. Surrounding yourself with positive people
is a great way to remain in a positive state of mind.

10. Stay in touch with your feelings. This is the most important factor in
keeping your vibration level high. Your feelings are the cosmic glue in
regards to your entire life. When you are feeling good about yourself only
other things residing on the same good frequency will be attracted into your
life. Your level of vibration runs parallel with your feelings, meaning you
are in control of your life and the events that come into your life at any
given moment. If there was one most important point in relation to raising
your vibration it would be to stay on top of your feelings and do not
allow yourself to feel negative or pessimistic. The better you feel about
yourself and your life the higher you will raise your vibration.

I Looked Good when I Left the House!

Have you ever prepared yourself to go somewhere, styled your hair just right, put on your favorite best looking outfit, applied your make-up perfectly, adorned yourself with jewels and walked out of the house feeling like you really really looked good, that you were on top of the world and you were really hot, but then....; you stepped out into the public eye and instantly you felt as if you had done nothing with your appearance and you now look like crap!

What happened? You looked great when you left the house but then you noticed someone that you believed looked better. You began to judge yourself as ugly, fat, old, well basically unattractive. And this occurs even more rapidly when your significant other shoots a pleasurable glance at someone else you believe is more attractive than you. What's with him/her, you really spent time making yourself look great and he/she is checking someone else out. You become certain that he/she is measuring you against or comparing you with this more attractive person. You may be certain that the real issue is your significant other is looking for someone better looking than you and you may be entertaining thoughts that he/she is on the way out.

Even worse you scan the people and begin calculating who is more or less attractive than you. You notice someone you are sure is more attractive than you and you watch who looks their way and even worse you watch your significant other to see if he/she is lusting after this person. And then you become certain that other's opinions of you are highly negative. You are certain that they are thinking that you are unattractive.

Is the problem that you are just an unattractive person and you need to do something about it? Is the problem that your significant other is looking for someone else more attractive and you are painfully aware of this?

Neither of these things are the problem. The problem is your self-esteem, you self-view and your self-judgment. You were fine when the only opinion that mattered, at home alone, was yours. But as soon as you entered the public eye you began to judge yourself and compare yourself with others. You then aloud, what you believed others were thinking about you, to infiltrate your thoughts and then tore yourself down. And you don't even know if they had an opinion in the first place.

How you view yourself, without the opinion of others, is very important. You think that others opinions of you, matter when they don't. Why should any ones opinion, but your own, matter? We believe societies ideas, beliefs and opinions of what is attractive and then begin comparing ourselves with this ideal.

I was surfing the Internet the other day and noticed that there were good many articles, along with photos, online about a Pierce Brosnan's wife, Keely Shaye-Smith. The critical focus; Keely's weight. I was annoyed at this focus and thought about how often this occurs, how often that people are focused on what they believe are flaws and what they believe is unattractive. It was stated that she is fighting the battle of the bulge; really, how do they know. How do they know that she even worries about it or is fighting against her weight. And if she decided her weight was a personal issue, she may manifest being thin.

Never mind that Keely has a great talent for working with people and causes, never mind that she is happily married to a gorgeous hunk, never mind that she is a great mother, has a beautiful delightful smile and spirit. She has obviously manifested an amazing life. Considering her interviews, opinions and views it is apparent that Keely has great self-esteem, is happy and centered. I was impressed that she sported a bikini, in public, with dignity.

When people read these postings about Keely and others, it only perpetuates the fear of being judged and compared. This kind of media just assures us that other peoples opinions matter. Furthermore there is more important things to focus on other than what we believe others are struggling with. And I reiterate, limit your viewing of media or you will find many negative thoughts launched.

Self-esteem comes from never entertaining another opinions and holding our opinion, of our self, as nothing less than divine. It comes from thinking or believing that we are nothing less than a beautiful
powerful, creative energy in physical form. It comes from knowing, without a doubt, that no ones opinion matters, about us, more than our own. Someones opinion of what kind of food tastes good, which is usually unimportant to you, is no different than someones opinion about how you look or who you are. It's just an opinion!

We never feel bad about ourselves because someone else is thinking negative things about us. We feel bad about ourselves because our opinion of our self is negative, because we are judging ourselves and comparing ourselves with others. And if we continue down this path we manifest ourselves in the view we have in our minds and we manifest thing like our significant other stepping out.

What we think on or believe is manifested.
It's time to realize that who we are was manifested out of how we think. So now it's time focus on how amazing, powerful, beautiful, and divine we are. A good place to start; think about what you would tell a child about themselves then tell yourself the same thing. Find a role model that exudes self-confidence, regardless of the public opinion on them, and focus on this. Write your list of things you appreciate about yourself, after all you write the negative list, in your head, of what you loath about yourself. And usually what you loath about yourself is something you believed someone else believed about you.

Stop comparing yourself with someone else you think is better. Compare yourself with yourself. Realize there is no one better than you only different and different is good. If there is something about someone else you admire and wish to be your experience then focus on the desired experience and manifest this. Pick and choose, from people you admire, the parts of their lives that you admire and desire to be your experience. There is a banquet of unlimited experiences that you can manifest as yours.

And when you leave the house looking and feeling good hold this feeling, regardless of the conditions and opinions around you, throughout your public experience.

Look at your reflection in a window and say, "Damn I look Good!"

You Knew, as children, You were Demi-Gods

Before you grew up, before they started telling you that you need to stop pretending and dreaming and that your dreaming is not reality you were a powerful manifesters. When you were young, before you started school, you lived in your imagination, pretended, and dreamed. You were great things in your imagination; a bird soaring over mountains and dipping down through waterfalls, a caped crusader preforming great feats, an astronaut exploring the universe, a sailor sailing to unknown islands full of wonder, and you were who you really are; a Demi-God who conjured up, in your mind, visualized, a world of wonder and possibilities. It's not a wonder that children frustrate adults, who have terminated their child like imagination, because instead of listening to their words of insistence to accept the cold hard "reality" of responsibility the children are busy in their minds visualizing their desired life experience. If children were left to their natural understanding of manifesting and of visualizing, where they do not believe in limitation, they would grow up to manifest an unlimited life experience. They would not accept the limited mass social belief that life is hard work, that reality is static, and they can only have so much.

As a child I was always dreaming. I was in my mind visualizing and creating amazing things. I played in the universe with my ideas ever expanding my sights and believing in the infinite possibilities. And I was constantly told to get my head out of the clouds, pay attention and stop dreaming. I was told that being an artist wasn't a real job and that I should buckle down in school, pay attention and earn credentials that would surely bring me a life of mediocrity, but assured security.

Many adults have had their imaginations squashed and therefore, having yet to learn that their imagination is vital and the key to manifesting their desired life experience, continue to squash the children's imaginations.

Our work, as adults who have had our imagination squelched, is to rekindle our dream life our imaginations. It times to go back and remember our dream life, remember how we believed in the infinite possibilities and pretend again. Pretend our desired life experience is already real until it becomes real. It is time to get lost, like we did as children, in our imagination.

Remember, before you were made to believe in self shame and limitation, when you didn't believe in a static reality, remember the richness of a magical journey in your mind where you soared without limits. Remember when you were able to see, visualize, in your mind yourself as who you really were.

I remembered being puzzled when adults would tell me what I was imagining wasn't real. I would be so deep in my dream and the adults would snap me out of it and tell me to accept reality. They would tell me that this they are presenting was reality and I should accept it. I remember standing there, still a little bit in my dream, and look at them thinking they were what wasn't real.

We have become so convinced that our reality is static and that there is nothing we can do to change it. However, what we don't realize is that the reality we are living was manifested or created out of our thoughts our beliefs of the past. Therefore we are able to manifest a more desired reality.

I remember, before I ever left the country eight years ago, having such a limited view of the possibilities. I never realized how infinite this world was or how infinite the possibilities were. I remember saying over and over that I wanted to go far away from the uncomfortable reality, of my family. I never said exactly how, I never even thought of the possibilities of just how I could manage this but I kept wishing to be far away. And low and behold a situation, without me every having to come up with the money, presented itself and I found myself traveling the world, far away from the old reality, and exploring the infinite world of possibilities.

Now, I know that the world is my oyster and I can manifest the desired reality I prefer. All I have to say, all you have to say is, "I want, I want, I want............" and never follow it by, "but...." A butt is just a fire that was squelched out.

Draw up and dream the desired reality you wish and say, "I want..........." over and over and then say, "Everything I want is on it's way"

Becoming Addicted to New Thought

Becoming addicted to anything happens when you continually partake of the thing repeatedly and over time you become addicted to that thing. We become addicted to negative thinking, drama, struggle, sorrow, anger, and suspicion for many reasons but mostly because it simply makes us feel.We may have felt like we have lost touch with our feelings. We can become numb and after a number of years of feeling this way we seek something that will make us feel something, anything. Like the child who behaves badly, doesn't care what kind of attention that is received, simply for attention. We know that those habitual negative thoughts make us feel. They get our adrenaline pumping and we feel better for having felt something. These thoughts often bring up anger which is a powerful emotion that can propel us into changing something in our lives.

Anger is actually better than any of the other so called negative emotions for it is an emotion that is above depression. Depression is debilitating but anger has power behind it.Unfortunately what people often do is repeat a loop back down to depression and back to anger because they are not comfortable with anger or someone else isn't. But anger is very important as a catalyst to move up to an emotion that will bring us closer to experiencing a good feeling emotion. At this point it’s important to exploit your anger. Do not allow what others think or your discomfort to pull you back to depression.


Stay angry for a while and then entertain better feeling thoughts.We become addicted to anger because it brings a powerful emotion and we feel better. Because before anger there was depression where you feel nothing, you just feel numb. But staying in anger does not bring us the good or positive emotion we so desperately seek. And eventually our thoughts return to anger out of addiction to them. Then we just don't realize we are thinking negatively, all we know is that we are feeling. This definitely is a focus in fear.


The good news is that can become addicted to new ways of thinking. It is a matter of continually talking about new thoughts such as love, joy, peace, unlimited opportunities. Think about the better feeling thoughts. Everything we feel started with a thought. Sometimes we think that our emotions bring the thoughts first. But really our thoughts started the emotions and then as the emotions get stronger they bring more thought.So, start with your thoughts. Write down everything good that has ever happened to you. Write down everything good that you desire. Write down what you appreciate.


Work your way up the feelings chart above. Locate what you are feeling/thinking and entertain thoughts on the emotion just above where you are and dwell there for a while and then up to the next feeling and on. Work your way up to feeling and thinking more positive and stick with it, eventually you will become addicted to the new thoughts.

Nothing Changes until Something Changes

Good day from my Skycastle in Germany where the sun finally decided to grace us with it's warmth and I am surely relieved. I have been very busy lately and unable to focus on usvisualeyes articles and I hope that you are doing well non-the-less.

It's amazing what occurs when you really focus on something you want. I wanted the joyful work and success within the Law of Attraction. I wanted to teach, guide and inspire other's to their greatness; I want to inspire others to the exhilaration of knowing that they can manifest the life experience they prefer. I have focused on this desire for many months and it is apparent that all
my focus is com-busting into matter. I have manifested my desire. Surely its just the beginning and there is much much more to come! However, the exhilaration of watching my focused attention, my thoughts, manifest into reality is no less than a testament to the process of the Law of Attraction.

Focused thought is how you manifest your desires. It is said that nothing changes until something changes. Often this is seen as a call to physical action and this is where people get hung up. This is actually a call for different thinking. Nothing changes until you change how you think. Changing how you think isn't as difficult as you might believe. Just deciding that it's easy is enough to begin the process. Say, "Its easy to change" Most people believe that change is difficult and therefore nothing changes. We have even heard people say, "No one really changes" These beliefs are the first thing to change. Say, "I am able to change"

Once you realize that you are able to change the next step is simply focusing on what you desire.
Oh, that word; simple. It is a matter of every time you find yourself indulging in wandering thoughts, entertaining tragic scenario thoughts, or thoughts of defeat or being overwhelmed; turn. Turn to the thoughts of what you desire. Choose one thought, one desire and focus on this. It's an easier process or training when you start with one desire instead of looking at the desire for the whole life experience. Because focusing on many things, at once, that you desire leaves to much room for wandering into a plethora of thoughts.


Choose one focus and it will be easier to return to that one thing you desire as your preferred experience. This is the training the way you begin to change how you think. Start small with something you want to change. Make a list of affirmative thoughts you can turn to when you wander away from the thoughts of your desire. The solution every time is to focus on what you want.

Most people go through their life desiring change, wanting so desperately for things to change without ever realizing that they must change how they think before anything changes. They whine, complain, pray in desperation for a better life pleading with God to make them happy, and they wait and they wait and they wait for something to change.

What are you waiting for? Somebody to knock at your door and say, "Here ya go, here's the life you desire" Are you waiting for authorization, approval, acceptance or the moment you might feel motivated. Motivation only comes when you feel inspired. You become inspired when you tease your mind with all the thrilling possibilities of an unlimited life experience. Inspiration comes when you have focused on your desired experience consistently causing your mind to expand with ideas!

Stepping out of your habit or routine thinking and introducing new and expanded ideas will stimulate your mind into an inspiration. Say you want to manifest a new work, job or career but have never really thought of what you might like to do. Start playing, in your mind, with different kinds of work. Choose something and roll it around in your mind and notice how it feels. Keep doing this with various career ideas until you hit upon something that excites your senses dramatically. Then start exploring the elements of that career. Do some research on that career and start focusing on those elements, seeing yourself preforming the functions within that career. And every time your thoughts are wandering bring yourself back to the thoughts of the career. When you feel the inspiration you will become motivated.

There is no sense nor does it work, to try to be motivated. Motivation does not occur, no matter what you do, if you are not inspired.

Change does and can occur. You must stop waiting to feel motivated and inspire yourself.
Change what you think about by turning to thoughts on what you desire. The solution to everything is to focus on what you want. When you find yourself racing from thought to thought seeking the relief to your problems, seeking the solution, seeking the fix turn to the thoughts of what you desire.
Start with one desire and return return return to those thoughts around that desire. If you find yourself saying, "Oh God what am I going to do about.................." the answer is focus on what you want every single time. It is pointless, unproductive and self defeating to continue to analyze your issue, turning it over and over in your mind looking for the answer and direction you should go to solve your issue.

The answer to every single question is, "Focus on what you want or desire"

Unwanted job, relationship or living situation

Good day to all from my Skycastle, in the clouds, in Germany. I trust that you are doing well and manifesting your preferred life experience. Today we are going to focus on manifesting a desired experience.

We can feel as though we are trapped in a job, relationship, or living situation. We struggle with thoughts of not wanting the experience, lamenting over our situation and siting the job/boss/ colleagues, the partner or the living situation for feeling trapped. We give others the power over our experience convinced that we have no other alternative. If you are focused on getting more of what you do not want you will get more or manifest more of what you do not want.

We seek out the things wrong with the person, job or living situation; make our chalk board marks against them all, in order to make our case to prove that the person, job or living situation is bad, wrong or unacceptable.

We build cases against the unwanted experience in order to validate why we must leave the experience and why we want something different. This is to prove that we are right in wanting to leave the unwanted experience so that we don’t have to take the responsibility for the dissolving of the situation; often manifesting being fired, left or kicked out of our living situation. When really, the fact is, that your desire not to be in the situation is all that is important and is enough reason for leaving. We look for reasons, in the person, job or situation, which are unacceptable to validate our desire to leave because we don’t believe that just our desire not to be there is acceptable. However, it’s not only acceptable it is the only thing that is important.

I was in a relationship once where I came to a point of realizing that I wasn’t experiencing the committed, loving and affectionate partnership I desired. First I tried to make my partner, by criticizing and manipulating, become what I desired. Then, meeting with his resistance, I began to make note of his lack, make my chalk board marks against him to build my case and validate my reasons for my eventual departure. I had believed that my desire for a more preferred relationship experience was not a good enough reason to leave. I didn’t believe I had the right to leave just because I desired to. I felt I had to build my case to validate leaving, so no one would blame me for not trying. They would blame him; I would be validated and released from all responsibility. When in fact, had I just manifested the preferred relationship experience in the first place none of this would be in play. Equally, had I visualize my relationship the way I preferred it to be, he may have just lined up with my desire and all would have fallen into place. I built my case, validated my departure and moved onto a few more like relationship before I realized what I was doing and finally manifested the desired relationship.

In our focus on what is unwanted in a job, relationship or living situation we are manifesting more of the unwanted. We think that calling attention to what is unwanted will either insure that it helps us in our case against the unwanted situation or that it will propel change. We point at the boss and say, “See how badly the boss treats the employees” We point at the partner and say, “See how badly my partner behaves towards me” We point at the living situation and say, “See how bad this living condition is” We do this because we think that calling attention to the unwanted will be what encourages it to change and to build our case against them to validate our desire for better or wanted experience.

Certainly, a better way to go about it all is to first intend to feel good no matter what is going on and second focus on that which you want. Find things or thoughts, every day, that make you feel good. Focus on what you want. If you are working a job that you don’t like, is unacceptable in its ethics, functions and income then visualize the situation the way you desire. Visualize the employer treating you well, valuing you and behaving ethically in all areas including compensating you well for your worth and skills to the company. Visualize yourself as an asset to the company, the employer pleased with you, your colleagues and you working well together and receiving compensation accordingly. Then say, “Everything I want is on its way” Because you see whether this is the job you will remain in or not the desired employment situation will be attracted to you because you have visualized it. In this visualization of a wanted employment experience the wanted employment experience will be drawn to you. If the present job cannot line up with your desire then you will be presented with an opportunity for a desired employment.

If you are in a relationship that you are unhappy with, is lacking commitment, love and affection then visualize the relationship as loving, committed, affectionate and strong. Visualize the relationship the way you desire it to be; see you and your partner behaving, towards each other, in a way that is romantic, loving, affectionate, committed playful and sexually satisfying. See your partner valuing you the way you desire, see your partner cherishing and adoring you the way you desire. See yourself experiencing the relationship that you desire. Then say, “Everything I want is on its way” Because you see whether this is relationship will remain or not the desired relationship situation will be attracted to you because you have visualized it. In this visualization of a wanted relationship experience the wanted relationship experience will be drawn to you. If the present partner cannot line up with your desire then you will be presented with an opportunity for a desired partner.

If you are in an unacceptable living situation, whether it be along with others or in quarters where you are unhappy then visualize the living situation the way you desire it to be. See yourself living happily, comfortably, cohesively and abundantly. Visualize your living situation they way you prefer. Then say, “Everything I want is on its way” Because you see whether this is living situation will remain or not the desired living situation will be attracted to you because you have visualized it. In this visualization of a wanted living experience the wanted living experience will be drawn to you. If the present living situation cannot line up with your desire then you will be presented with an opportunity for a desired living situation. .

Working too arduously to achieve wanted experience and taking life to seriously do not let in the natural resources that are there for you. We feel trapped because we believe in limitation. We believe that there is no other job, partner or living situation available out there for us. We think that if we give up what we have, as unacceptable as it might be, that we will suffer and be without. The opportunities for employment, partners and living situations are unlimited. There are billions and billions and billions of jobs/opportunities/options, possible partners and living situations.

The best way to go about it all is to first intend to feel good no matter what is going on; feeling good needs to be the primary goal. Find ways to feel a little better every day. Look for the wanted or positive aspects in your work relationship or living situation rather than looking for what is unwanted. It is most important to feel good and to feel good you must look for something that feels good. When you feel good all the wanted or desirable experience will be drawn to you.

The undesirable situation that you are living is causing you to know what you don’t want and sparking ideas of what you would prefer and a knowing of what you want. Take that preference, build it, visualize it until it is attracted to you and you have manifested the desired experience. Disallow thinking of tragic scenarios, of lack, of struggle and suffering. Thinking on lack, struggle and suffering is a focus that manifests more of the same and is born of fear and limited beliefs.

Think on abundance, freedom, pleasure and the infinite possibilities.

There is no need to validate what you desire. The fact that you desire it is enough. Sometimes, because we don’t have the courage to leave the unwanted situation the unwanted situation leaves us. You may want so badly to be released from the situation that you will be terminated, left or kicked out. Which is certainly one way to propel yourself out of unwanted experience. However, you will feel much more powerful and in control of your life experience if you make the choice of what you desire and manifest that. You are not trapped for being trapped means you have no choice and this is not so. There are unlimited choices in our world; draw them to you, attract them.

Focus on feeling good and what you want. Focus on thoughts that make you feel good. Note things in your work environment, relationship and living situation that you appreciate. In this you will emanate energy of wanted things that make you feel good and thus draw or attract more of wanted experience. Remember like attracts like. If you are thinking about wanted experience that is what is attracted and more of wanted experience is manifested. It is not possible to draw what you desire by thinking on or focusing on the undesirable; these energies do not match and are not aligned with each other. Thinking about what you do not want will only bring more of what you do not want.

First focus on feeling good and then focus on what you want; then what makes you feel good and what you want will be drawn to you. And as this occurs consistently the energy of feeling good and the focus on the desired will collect, building into a spiraling frenzy, until it is manifested into desired experience.

Your thoughts and beliefs are what manifest the life experience you are living. So pay attention to what you are thinking and believing. If what you are thinking or believing is of limited ideas then your life experience will be limited.

Think and believe without limits. The possibilities of joyful and abundant employment, relationship and living experience are infinite and unlimited.
